Are you tired of being unmotivated to go to the gym, and when you do you look depressed or sad because you wear baggy tops, sweatshirts or jumpers? Finding the motivation to get to the gym can be extremely difficult—nay, almost impossible—when you’ve just finished a long work day or have a Netflix marathon waiting for you at home.
However, as fashion-minded women, we’ve come to believe that the clothes you wear can make a huge difference in your attitude towards working out.
A recent study from the UPMC Shadyside Psychological Services in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania mentions that active wear that include well-cut, figure-enhancing items made from bright and beautiful fabrics dramatically improves your attitude towards exercise.
